Ann has been with Total Scope since the company’s inception in December of 1992. As CEO, Ann is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the company. She maintains insurance, financial & banking relationships, develops HR policies and procedures, and is responsible for government contracting and corporate governance. Prior to joining Total Scope, Ann served as a management consultant for Booz Alan Hamilton.
Ann holds an MBA from Trinity College Ireland, and a BA in Economics from Trinity College Washington D.C.
Denis Kennedy joined Total Scope in 1995 and has held numerous positions including Customer Service Representative, Sales Representative, General Manager, Vice President of Operations, and Vice President of Sales. In 2009, Denis was promoted to President. His current duties include the day-to-day oversight and management of the entire sales team.
Denis holds a BS in Business Administration from Neumann College (now Neumann University).
Dave joined Total Scope in June 2011 and manages the company’s accounting and finance operations. Prior to Total Scope, Dave spent 18 years in the financial services industry serving in various accounting and operational roles.
Dave holds a BA in Accounting from the Catholic University of America.
Joe Brassell joined Total Scope in 2007 and transitioned through several positions to eventually become our Operations Manager in 2011. He is responsible for inventory management, work flow management, customer relations, metric tracking, system/database upgrades, quality management and ISO 13485 conformance.
Joe holds a BA in Advertising from Temple University.
Erin joined Total Scope in 2008 and brought with her 14 years of Accounting, Finance, and Auditing experience. As Quality Manager Erin is responsible for maintaining the ISO 13485 certification and the quality of our repairs, which involves conducting monthly internal audits to assure compliance to the standard. It is also Erin’s responsibility to ensure that employees are trained properly and that any customer complaints are being addressed.
Erin holds a BS in Accounting from Cabrini College.
John joined Total Scope, Inc. in 2000 coming from the automotive industry. With an extensive background in electronics diagnosis and repair, he started the camera repair department at Total Scope which now services all makes and models of surgical cameras. He is a member of the Quality Management Team and takes care of calibration and preventative maintenance within the ISO 13485 Quality System.
