To our Valued Customers and Vendors,

COVID-19 is having a dramatic impact on all our lives. I want to share an update on what Total Scope is doing to keep our customers and our people safe while continuing to deliver endoscope, instruments and medical device repair to our customers nationwide.

Total Scope is following the guidance of global health experts at the World Health Organization (WHO) and U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) on preventing the spread of the COVID-19 virus. We are reminding our employees about frequent hand washing. We are regularly cleaning and disinfecting our facilities, lab benches and equipment. Importantly, we are asking that our technicians, administrative and other employees to stay home from work if they feel sick. All non-essential personnel are working remotely. We will continue to provide all repair services while meeting guidelines for “social distancing.” To achieve this goal, we changed work shifts, extended our lab operations day and added a weekend day to our repair schedule. We expect that our turn around time may be affected but we’re working diligently to meet customer needs as well as maintain the best possible working environment.

It is important to understand that the COVID-19 situation evolves and changes every day. Everyone should closely monitor the CDC and WHO websites for the latest and most accurate information on COVID-19.

Thank you for your patience as we all navigate this unique situation.

Appreciatively,

Ann Glavin
